Quotes differ in more than the unit price. Check whether VAT is included, the minimum order for free delivery, pack sizes (a box of 50 pens is not a box of 12), whether the brand you asked for or an alternative is quoted, lead times on items not in stock, and the payment terms: cash on delivery, EFT before delivery or a 30-day account. Two or three quotes on the same list make the differences easy to see.
